Every custom home is unique, and pricing depends on factors such as square footage, site conditions, foundation type, energy-efficiency goals, design complexity, and finish selections. Most custom homes we build fall between $350,000 and $1.2 million, but the best way to determine an accurate budget is through an initial consultation where we discuss your goals, timeline, and project requirements.

Every custom home is different, which means timelines vary depending on the design, size, site conditions, permitting requirements, product selections, weather, and overall project scope. Rather than focusing on a predetermined timeline, we focus on proper planning, communication, and execution throughout the project.
We believe successful projects are built on planning, communication, accountability, and attention to detail. We build to proper building standards whether inspections are required or not, while creating a professional, organized, and stress-free experience for homeowners.
Differences in project management, communication, insurance coverage, quality standards, materials, subcontractors, and warranty programs all impact pricing. We focus on long-term value rather than simply being the lowest-priced option.
Our process includes Discovery & Consultation, Planning & Budgeting, Design & Pre-Construction, Construction, and Completion & Follow-Up. Our goal is to provide a clear and organized experience from the first conversation through project completion.
