It has been a busy construction season for the Knights Construction crew.
From a major home rebuild and commercial renovation to a large multi-stall garage project and smaller projects throughout the area, our crew has been moving between several different types of construction this summer.
While there's still plenty of work happening in the field, we're also beginning to look ahead.

One of the projects we're excited to see coming together is our Lawler home rebuild.
The interior has reached the drywall stage, while our crew is currently working on exterior soffit. Siding will be another major step coming up as the exterior continues taking shape.
Projects like this are a good reminder that building a home isn't one single phase of construction. It's a progression—from structure and exterior protection to mechanicals, drywall, finishes and all the details that eventually turn a construction site into someone's home.

We're also nearing the finish line on a commercial interior renovation.
This project has included extensive interior work, including:
Ceiling tile is one of the upcoming steps as we continue working toward completion.
Commercial projects are different from building homes, but the same fundamentals matter: planning, coordination, craftsmanship and making sure all of the individual pieces come together correctly.

Meanwhile, another part of our crew has been working on a large approximately 20-stall garage project.
Our team framed the structure and installed the exterior OSB, and we're currently installing the metal roofing.
It's a considerably different project from the home rebuild and commercial renovation happening at the same time—which is exactly what makes this season interesting for our crew.

While our crews continue moving these projects toward completion, we're already thinking about what comes next.
Several potential homes are currently in the early conversation and planning stages, along with a variety of smaller projects.
And we're beginning to look toward 2027 construction.
